At Sacred Sea Botanicals, transparency and clarity are core to how I serve you. As a one-woman business and mother of four incredible children, I pour my heart and energy into every product and order. To ensure a smooth and fulfilling shopping experience, I’ve detailed my processing and shipping guidelines below, so you know exactly what to expect.

 


Confirmation Email

After placing your order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email that includes your order details. To ensure you receive this, please double-check that the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email me at the3130commission@gmail.com, and I’ll personally resend it to you.

If you’ve placed your order through Instagram or Facebook, please note that updates will be provided through those platforms. For assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!


Order Processing

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days refer to my active workdays, Monday through Thursday (weekends and holidays are not included).

That said, life sometimes happens! As a mom raising four kids, there may be unexpected delays due to personal emergencies, sick little ones, or other situations beyond my control. When this occurs, I do my best to communicate updates via my Facebook group The Refinery, email, or text messages to keep you informed. Your patience and understanding in these moments mean the world to me.


Rush Processing

If you need your order expedited, please reach out via email at the3130commission@gmail.com for more details.

Sea moss gels: Shipped Monday–Wednesday.

Dry products: Shipped Monday–Thursday.

Please note: Rush processing speeds up preparation time but does not affect the transit time of shipping services like UPS Next Day Air.


Processing vs. Shipping Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for me to carefully prepare your order, including handling, packaging, and quality checks.

Shipping time is the period carriers (USPS or UPS) need to deliver your package after it leaves my hands.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the label is printed.


Shipping Carriers
I use USPS and UPS for delivery. If you’re ordering sea moss gels, these ship exclusively via UPS to ensure they arrive fresh. Please provide a physical residential address for gel shipments as P.O. Boxes cannot be accepted for gel orders.

 


Out-of-Stock Products

Occasionally, despite my best efforts, an item may be out of stock. If this happens, I will either refund the item or ship it separately, depending on restocking timelines. Your packing slip will confirm the status.


Pre-Orders

When pre-ordering an item, please note that shipping will occur once all items in your order are ready. To avoid delays, I recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.


During High-Volume Periods

Around holidays or sales (e.g., Labor Day, Black Friday, etc.), processing times may increase by 2–3 business days. I appreciate your grace during these busy seasons as I work to deliver high-quality, fresh products to your door.
